Congress declares war on the poor of America! The reactionary congress of the United States of both Democrats and Republicans has declared war on poor people. This in passing a "welfare reform" bill which in principle and if put into practice says to poor people of American--STARVE TO DEATH! Because of this unpresidented attack on millions of people by the politcal parties of the rich and powerful, I publish in an extra numer of Cockroach exchanges going on at present on Usenet under the header "Burn Baby, Burn!" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Gizmo@theloonybin.com wrote: >malecki@algonet.se (Robert Malecki) wrote: >>i assume everyone remembers the above header. The above has a certain truth to it. In fact it would be much better to go down town and burn some banks. Close down some of the main highways so the well to do had to walk to their jobs. Or why not cut off the electricity to the wealthy areas so they could feel how cold it gets in the ghettoes and for street people in the winter time. >>Because it is your anti poor, anti-welfare, anti-affirmative action, >>sentiment that has led to what once was called the "Republican >>Revolution". > Site some facts that pertain to your accusations that Republicans are >anti poor? anti LAZY I'll admit. How about the general new liberalism (Republican revolution) which has attacked the living standards and health programs in general through the western industrial world since the fall of the Soviet Union. Not feeling it neccessary to give crumbs from the table to hold up the cold war hysteria to defend the rich and their interests. They turn and declare a hot war on their own people, especially the poor and working class. But even the middle class is beginning to feel the pressure because the rich and powerful don,t even need them any longer. Perhaps to shoot some poor people or workers, but in the long run the push to pauparize the middle class will come to the for. > Gizmo >Death to the UN and all who worship the "Beast" The UN is a papper tiger. In fact the only purpose is to serve the interests of the rich and powerful. But it is interesting that Republican isolationism is coming to the fore again. They know that a new world war is once again coming to the order of the day. I say that the war should be between the rich and the poor. Don,t get tricked into beleiving that America the beautiful crap. For poor people America is one big fucking racist jail. Remember Vietnam. The poor were sent off to fight Communism. They came back and were spit on. No jobs, no money, no future. malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Centurion Augustus wrote: >Robert is your IQ above 70, check that 60??????????? In fact i smart enough to know that the congress spends more money on supporting Jeltsin and his cohorts in Russia then they are willing to spend on the poor and working class people of America. In fact Union busting and war on the poor goes hand in hand with this kind of stuff. Not to mention giving millions to corporations so they can sell Coca Cola in Vietnam! malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ mdjones@metronet.com (Mike Jones) wrote: >The main reason the 'poor' don't burn down the middle class areas and >neighborhoods is that these areas are too well-armed. Actually the above just might have to be proved in coming battles! Naturally white middle class America has the cops on their side. But i doubt that they in a determined struggle would put up much of a fight. In fact if the poor were smart, while the middle class was home defending their nice furniture and big houses and lawns they would go in and take over the banks and downtown areas. History has proved that the middle class will split into various different components. Those who support the rich and powerful and those who will be on the side of the poor and working class. The burn pillage and loot in fact has and will cost far more then any of the paltry welfare programs since the 2nd World war. malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ John Bergsing wrote: >Malecki: >You are claiming that these "have nots" (your term, not mine) are going >to riot because their government check is being taken away from them. I don't think there's going to be widespread rioting. >Most people, rich or poor, are decent human beings with a regard to the >laws that have been set forth. This "law" is a declaration of war against poor people. Naturally i think that poor people should do everything in their power to combat laws that mean that their children starve, no healty care, no jobs, or low payed slave labor. It is the right of people to stop the rich who make the laws directed against poor people. Even far more important then observing the speed limit which is a law everybody breaks once and awhile. And the jail stuff is just a lie. More people go to jail then ever before in the United States for petty and more serious crimes. Some who are political are even framed by the cops and sent to death row like Mumia Jamal! I say if you are going to break a law then why not a law or laws that uphold the interests of the rich and powerful. It is the banks and the corporations we need to go after. America should be closed down. Stop the traffic, stop the Banks, Stop the Corporations and you will stop the reactionary laws that make the poor starve. For every welfare check stop a car, a bank. or a corporation and we will see how fast the Congress changes its mind on Welfare! >And stop with that demogogory..."cutting welfare is declaring war on the >have nots" CRAP. As far as that goes, it is my belief that the welfare >system has declared war on my pocketbook! And I'm just fighting back! Well if you really want to fight back join the millions and millions of poor and working class people who deserve every right to well being, a decent ghouse and toilet to shit in. Take it from the rich in one way or another. That is the only way forward. malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- pproctor@neosoft.com (Peter H. If the rich and powerfuls interest were directly threatened, say the banks, corporations etc. with the clöear message from poor and working class that it is these people who are responsible for declaring war on the people then things can move forward. The best thing that could happen is that poor people point the finger at their real enemies! In Europe everywhere people are beginning to move against the austerity moves by government who back the rich. Strikes, occupations, are becoming quite normal there. So why don,t the American people do the same in a very spectacular way. It would have rebounds throughout the world. malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ John Bergsing wrote: >I agree...the welfare system, as we know it, has declared war on my >pocketbook! Exactly! The Battle Cry of the whining middle class. Well, the tactic of cutting welfare is going to be far more expensive for the whiners about welfare that you could possibly believe. It is a declaration of war against poor people and will be met in one way or another. My hopes are that this time the jails are not filled with poor people who burn down the ghettoes. Better to go after the ones really responsible in a noble battle and die then let them kill us slowly! malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >Malecki wrote: "The middle class has only supported the poor and working >class in so >far that the cookies on their table were not disturbed. And I remember to this very day the words he often said to us kids on the hot, humid summer nights of New York City. Willie would say: "Watchit boy, this nigger ain,t got nothin never from rich whiteman!" Oh Willie, you wonderful old man--how right you were... All these years we sat with you on the steps and that was what you were trying to hammer into our heads. Willie how fucking right you were. I think Willie deserves a statue right next old Abe Lincoln. Because this man new what the bottom line in the fight between the have,s and the has not,s as Willie use to put. Willie with those few words new more about class struggle then all the fucking liberals alive today. Hats off to Willie a great black old man! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- >And they call conservatives "Extremists"! Conservatives are "extremists" ! The only difference is that they do it with laws that make people starve. And when poor and working class people rise up in struggle aginst these right wing dems and pubs with the weapons they have you dare to call us extremists. Not only that to call out the cops and surpress, beat, and shoot anybody who fights back in a war declared on them by the extremists. That is the bottom line pal. Long live poor and working class rebellion against the rich and powerful. lets make them pay this time! malecki ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- >I'm not believing any of this. Apparently she has no sense of self-worth and sense of pride, or >she wouldn't be content to live off the government teat for 40 years. Yes! In racist America the war against poor people has been in the form of welfare handouts. And now the war is escalating. Now the new slogan of the rich in America is no jobs, racist discrimination, and No handouts from the government. In other words Starve to death. Our answer to this outrage should be to shut America down! By any means neccessary! The best being a multi racial party with a program of struggle against the Dems and the Pubs. And militant tactics to stop the declaration of war against the poor and working class... >Robert, by your logic, in order to make the world better we should take >every "have-not", and GIVE them housing, food, money, clothes, >transportation, etc. - EVERYTHING necessary for them to feel like they >are a "have". Come on folks - get >off your butts. You have five years under this reform program - go to >school; learn a trade, learn how to drive a truck, learn welding or >plumbing or nursing or accounting or WHATEVER. It's no longer a >question of "haves" and "have-nots"; we will always have both classes in >a capitalistic democratic society. It's now a question of those who do >and those who choose not to do. That is the point. Fuck the haves. It is the haves that have it on the backs of poor and working class people. The point is to change that. We want a America with *real* equality both economocally and politically for all and not just the money bags! The only way to do that is to take it from the haves and redistribute it to the have nots on an equal basis. The system in America is built for the rich and not for the poor. The laws are made for the rich and not for the poor. We need to call for a government that makes new laws and confiscate the rich and powerfuls interests to be put in the services of all the people. And I doubt that the rich are prepared to give it up so we have to organise to take it away from them. >To end, I quote Mr. Neal Boortz, host of a radio talk-show here in >Atlanta on WSB-AM: "Poverty is a mental disease". Ha Ha Ha! Poverty is a disease that the rich and powerful have inflicted upon America for profit. Just in the same way that white Europeans wripped off the Indians. The Indians fought honerably and lost. I hope the poor fight honerably and with better tactics and win! Because we have nothing to lose! malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >Largely because we've been paying them to be poor, so that's the only >job they're qualified for. These being how to take over the banks and corporations by confiscation and begin to run them for themselves and the whole of the people. The poor need a standing army to defend its interests against the rich just as the rich have the cops who defend their interests! In every neigborhood of poor and working class people their should be schools in order to learn these skills. They should be no go areas for the rich and the cops that back them. At the same time and offensive against the corporations and banks from the inside and out to occupy them and put the real criminals behind bars or digging ditches. It would be a good experience for all those fatcats who have years lived plush lives at the expense of poor and working class people. Our slogan should be "We are prepared to work" when we occupy and own it in the interests of all people. The second American revolution. The first we through out the British Colonialis and in this one we through out the rich and powerful. malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >Well....shucks. Some people >are just destined to have society take care of them, I suppose. > The only crime poor people can make is beleiving that the well to do are respectable citizens. Their fortunes have blood on it. Our Blood! It is built on a pyramid of skulls. Our Skulls! And now they declare open war on us and say no more welfare! Die! Well hardly. Let,s give them a battle they never would have suspected. Lets take the war home to them. Better to die bringing down this farce by attacking the gates of heaven then letting them starve us to death.. malecki ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >The basic, inviolable idiocy of what you propose to do, is that it >does not solve anything. Tell them that the majority of Americans are creating the >economic pie, while they consume it and ask for more. >Those are the facts, that is the truth, and threats of violence are no >match for reason. I surpose letting poor people starve is a better idea! I doubt it. The last time the rich sent us off to war was in Vietnam. This in order to make them even richer with fat government contracts for war supplies. This time it is WAR on pooor people and you expect us to lay down and starve to death so that they can get even fatter! Ha, what a joke. Poor people to arms against the rich! They want war, well lets make it a war they will never forget! Lets make war on those who are trying to kill us for profits under the guise of cutting welfare. Respect for laws that are made to keep the rich richer are directed against poor people. Therefore the laws and the people responsible should be replaced with better laws and better people. If we had a couple of hundred people on welfare in congress this law certainly would have been a law confiscating the wealth of the rich to redistribute amongst all American equally. The Laws made by the rich are racist and byist in their interests. It is almost like 1+1 makes five for them. Lets tear down rich America! malecki ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------- Read the book!
