| Suit accuses AT&T of fraud NEW YORK - AT&T was accused of defrauding their customers by charging them for
telephone time they don't use, according to lawsuits made public Friday. The lawsuit
against AT&T said the firm doesn’t tell customers they’re billed for each
minute, rounded up to the next minute. A call lasting 1 minute, 1 second, for example is
billed as a 2 minute call, the suit claims. |
